I will gladly Special Order any item from Micro Trains. Special Orders will be discounted 30% from list.  The terms for special Orders are as follows:

1. Special Orders require a 10% non-refundable deposit which will be collected when you add the item to your Cart.

2. When your Special Order arrives, you will receive an invoice thru PayPal for the balance due.

3. The total price for your special orders will reflect a 30% discount off the list price.

4. In the event that a sold out status occurs on your Special Order, you will be promptly notified by email from me and by a Refund Notification from PayPal.

5. If you choose to pay with check, money order, or what ever, send the final amount of your order with a copy of your check out information. If you are unsure of the amount to send, contact me. It will basically be list price less 30% plus $2. (International shipments subject to additional charge for cost exceeding domestic shipping). 

Back orders are pre-paid Special Orders and will be eligible for even more favorable consideration.

1. Back Orders will be processed promptly, but no later than second business day and receive an additional 5% discount provided the dollar amount exceeds $25.

2. There will be no additional S&H charge collected for domestic delivery.

3. International Buyers will be contacted about Back Orders. Generally, product will be ordered to fill the back order, but the incomplete order will be shipped. 

4. The Back Order will be shipped upon arrival, provided the dollar amount exceeds $25 LIST. Back Orders for less than $25 for international buyers will be refunded.
